The original Playing Rockets from Waalwijk the Netherlands were active in the period 1961-1965. The revived formation with 3 old members existed from 1974-1977, their famous period. The recordings on the 28 tracks album (including 8 alternative bonus tracks) are from their last and best period 1977. The band mainly was influenced by the Shadows.
