Mac Curtis was een echte legende en grote rockabilly ster uit de USA die in september 2013 overleed. Het album live in Amsterdam werd in 2007 opgenomen bij de Cruise Inn. Een legendarische concert registratie die hij maakte samen met een andere rockabilly ster Phil Friendly & the Loners. Het concert is ook op DVD verkrijgbaar zie shop.
