De Big Rock Revival kwam uit het noorden van Nederland, muzikanten die de echte rock 'n roll tijd nog hadden meegmaakt. Terry Lee was de gitarist en leadzanger (stem net als Elvis) en hij gaf inhoud en spontaniteit aan de groep. Dat Herman Brood en Long Tall Ernie ook in de band zaten maakt dit album tot pure nostalgie in Nederrock. Speciale gasten op dit album zijn ook Tony Britnall en The Shakers. Het album staat van het begin tot eind vol met maarliefst 25 geweldige rock & roll klassiekers en is beslist een aanrader voor echte Nederrock.
