De formatie The Crocats werd in 1985 opgericht en was diversen jaren één van Nederlands beste rockabilly groepen. Ook waren zij zeer succesvol in andere Europese landen. De naam van de groep komt van de snack kroket. Dit album is een best of met hun mooiste nummers. Een mooi album. (zie ook de artiest The Crazy Tones).
